Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience or Master’s degree plus 3 years in security, systems, cloud, or infra operations.
• Experience supporting vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident detection, or incident response.
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash, or JavaScript).
• Experience with Linux systems and cloud environments; familiarity with observability practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain AI-enabled security platforms, cloud services, integrations, and automation workflows used by the Security Operations team.
• Monitor service health and security telemetry, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve reliability and observability of security services.
• Develop scripts and automation that apply AI-assisted capabilities to reduce manual work and support vulnerability management and incident response.
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes.
