Job summary

Personio is seeking an experienced Security Operations Engineer to join our Security organization in Dublin. You will own detections as code, build SOAR automations, and secure AI agents and integrations while using AI to speed triage and response.

You will design and deploy high‑quality detections on our SIEM, collaborate across Security, Engineering, IT and Support, and lead incidents with credible updates to stakeholders. Strong Python/Go, Git and CI/CD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cyber Security with incident response or threat detection.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale SOAR workflows and AI-driven security operations.
• Experience building data pipelines and managing security data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain detections on SIEM with CI/CD.
• Build SOAR automations and AI-assisted triage.
• Lead security incidents and coordinate across teams.
• Tune alerts and measure AI-assisted triage quality.
• Secure AI agents and integrations against prompt injection.
