Job summary

Pantheon in Ireland is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, SecOps, to lead the security operations program, shape threat detection, incident response, and resilience at scale. You will own the maturity roadmap, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, GRC, and Legal to meet regulatory obligations.

You’ll work hands-on while setting long-term strategy, advancing automation, and driving security excellence across the platform that powers hundreds of thousands of sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership in SecOps with hands-on incident response.
• Experience defining security strategy and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2 and EU regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SecOps strategy, roadmaps, detection, and response at scale.
• Architect and own SecOps toolchain, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR.
• Mentor engineers, drive automation, and improve resilience.
