Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized mechanical apprenticeship is required for the fitter role.
• Six months on-the-job experience in a mechanical environment.
• Ability to read diagrams and troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience working on platforms, scaffolding and ladders.
• Good basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Minimise downtime in production and utility areas.
• Install, inspect, adjust, lubricate, troubleshoot and repair all plant and equipment.
• Perform routine PM checks and maintain plant at optimum performance.
• Carry out plant maintenance and troubleshooting tasks in line with cGMP.
• Develop training aids for operators and craft.
• Print forms from Teamcenter as required.
