Job summary

State Street Corporation is looking for a Microsoft Office 365 Security and Compliance subject matter expert to lead the technical design, solutioning and resiliency of the O365 suite within Collaboration Services. You will work with tower leads and architects to shape the future state, design, documentation and interdependencies of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience securing and governing Office 365 environments.
• Experience with Purview, Smarsh, and data retention policies.
• Strong scripting: PowerShell, Power Automate, Python.
• Ability to lead security/compliance programs and collaborate with architects.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions meeting business and technical requirements for MS 365 platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and change management teams to implement designs.
• Modernize the security and compliance posture across the Office 365 suite.
• Prepare for internal audits and bi-annual reviews of processes and documentation.
• Provide L5 support during major incidents.
