Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking five M&E Coordinators to join our team in Ireland. You will manage coordination of Mechanical and Electrical systems across projects, ensuring design, installation and operation meet safety and quality standards.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least three years in M&E coordination within construction or engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in M&E coordination or similar role in construction/engineering.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in software/tools for design and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project conditions.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance in M&E work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E activities between contractors, consultants and project teams to ensure collaboration.
• Review design specs with engineers to validate M&E systems meet requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation for safety and quality compliance.
• Manage project schedules and allocate resources for M&E tasks.
• Identify and address M&E issues to avoid delays.
• Prepare and maintain M&E documentation including plans, reports and inspections.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely materials for M&E work.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in M&E technologies and practices.
