Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking five M&E Coordinators to join our team in Ireland. You will manage and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical aspects of projects, ensuring design, installation and operation meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating between contractors and engineers, reviewing designs, conducting site inspections, managing schedules, and maintaining M&E documentation. Strong communication, organization, and safety commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in design and project management software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E activities between contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Review design specifications and work closely with engineers to validate that M&E systems meet project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of M&E tasks.
• Identify and address any M&E-related issues and conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to M&E systems, including plans, reports, and records of inspections.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and equipment for M&E work.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in M&E technologies and practices.
