Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking a senior loan operations leader to oversee the operational delivery of multiple client portfolios. You will lead a team of loan professionals, ensure accurate processing, and maintain a robust control environment across syndicated and bilateral facilities.

You will drive client delivery quality, manage escalations, and work with treasury and relationship teams to optimize workflows and onboarding of new portfolios.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in loan operations or related areas.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of loan structures and lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios (50–100 facilities).
• Managing and developing a team of portfolio/loan operations professionals.
• Owning client delivery, service quality and escalations.
• Overseeing drawdowns, repayments, interest, fees, invoicing and remittance.
• Ensuring cash movements and amounts due are collected and reconciled.
• Coordinating funding with treasury teams.
• Reviewing loan documentation and risk controls.
• Maintaining a robust operational control environment.
• Identifying workflow and operating model improvements.
• Onboarding new clients, portfolios and team members.
• Working with relationship management, treasury and operations teams.
