Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Client Manager to deliver exceptional loan administration services to a portfolio of debt and credit clients. You will lead onboarding, oversee daily activities, and manage a high-performing team to ensure accurate, timely client service.

Working with senior leadership, you will drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and support growth of the Loan Administration business while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Finance with 5+ years in loan administration or related
• Experience managing client relationships and offshore/third-party partnerships
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of loan administration clients, overseeing onboarding and delivery
• Lead and develop a team of Loan Analysts and Senior Loan Analysts
• Oversee transaction processing, cash/position reconciliations, investor reporting, waterfall calculations
• Act as primary client contact and escalation point, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support growth through new business opportunities and process improvements
