WSP Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Land Consultant to join our Land Referencing and Statutory Orders team in Ireland. You will play a leading role in delivering nationally significant infrastructure projects through land acquisition, referencing, and consent processes.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across Ireland and the UK, engaging with landowners, authorities and lawyers to secure rights and access, while contributing to tender preparation and business development.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in property-related discipline.
• Significant experience in land referencing, land acquisition, statutory orders or related services.
• Strong understanding of land ownership, title, and statutory processes.
• Experience engaging with landowners, consultees and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret title documentation, mapping and statutory plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead land referencing and statutory order workstreams on major infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and quality assure Books of Reference, plot/ownership schedules and notices.
• Conduct land ownership research using land registration records.
• Support statutory acquisition and consenting processes per legislation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and guide CPD through Land Academy.
