Job summary

WSP Land group in Ireland seeks an experienced Senior Land Consultant to lead land referencing, acquisition and statutory orders for major infrastructure projects. You will work with landowners, legal teams and engineers to deliver robust land strategies and manage risk across project lifecycles.

Based in Dublin with hybrid working, you will contribute to nationally significant schemes, engage with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and tender activity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property, Geography, Surveying, Planning, Law or related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering land referencing, land acquisition or statutory orders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead land referencing and statutory order workstreams on major infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and QA Books of Reference, plot/ownership schedules and statutory notices.
• Conduct land ownership research, interpret ownership, rights and easements using land records.
• Support statutory acquisition and consenting processes per legislation.
• Collaborate with landowners, solicitors, authorities and contractors.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to tender preparation.
