WSP Land seeks an Assistant Land Consultant to join Ireland's leading land team delivering major infrastructure projects. You will support land referencing, engagement with landowners, and contribute to data delivery and QA across GIS platforms.

The role involves site visits, collaboration with senior consultants and participation in CPD activities. You will work from Dublin with hybrid working flexibility, developing expertise in land acquisition processes, CDE data management and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Degree in Geography, Land/Estate Management, Surveying, Agriculture or another relevant discipline.
• Strong data management and IT skills including QA checks.
• Familiarity with Tailte Éireann and/or Land Registry for Northern Ireland.
• Good understanding of spatial and surveying needs; GIS proficiency required.
• Strong communication with landowners, clients and the public; full clean driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake land referencing, including Tailte Éireann searches, desktop research and investigations.
• Maintain accurate landowner, land and consultation records within project databases and GIS.
• Carry out QA checks on land referencing data and plots; maintain audit records.
• Use GIS tools to create and quality-check spatial outputs such as plot plans and overlays.
• Support securing land rights and assist in negotiation of terms for easements and acquisitions.
• Attend internal/external meetings and public consultation events; travel across Ireland.
