Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Container Engineer based in Ireland to join a globally distributed team building a high-performance container platform. You will drive reliability, observability, security, and cost efficiency for multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure across regions.

The role blends software engineering, platform architecture, and SRE to automate, deploy, and evolve platform tooling and CI/CD, enabling safe, scalable deployments for engineering teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• At least five years in platform engineering, Kubernetes/container platforms, or production infra.
• Experience operating production systems at scale and on-call rotations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-tenant infrastructure and cloud native tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for container platforms and tie targets to deployments.
• Lead ORRs for new capabilities; improve monitoring with metrics, logs, and traces.
• Handle incidents, drive blameless postmortems, and implement lasting improvements.
