Job summary

Fexco is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Munster, Ireland, to build and operate shared services for engineering teams. You will design major components of Kubernetes platforms, collaborate with leadership on software delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud environments, infrastructure as code, and a mindset that prioritizes product user experience. Occasional travel to Kerry is required for team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Deep production experience on Azure or other public clouds.
• Experience designing multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud identity and networking.

Responsibilities

• Own designs for major platform initiatives from brief to production.
• Contribute to networking and zero-trust architecture.
• Mentor junior and mid engineers.
