Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an 18-23 month contract near Cork, Ireland, to lead a portfolio of NPI and vertical integration projects within a Life Sciences manufacturing environment.

You will develop plans, timelines, budgets, and resource needs, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to define objectives and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Level 8 degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing cross-functional projects within a manufacturing or medical device environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading NPI, manufacturing transfer, process development, capital, or Vertical Integration projects.
• Proven track record of delivering business-critical projects on time, within budget, and to agreed performance objectives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process development, supply chain management, and product industrialisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of NPI and Vertical Integration projects through the PMO framework.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and implementation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Drive New Product Introduction activities, ensuring robust planning and seamless transition from development to manufacturing.

What you’ll deliver:
