Job summary

Trinseo in Ireland seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead IT projects across Infrastructure, Security, and Applications. You will partner with the PMO to implement governance, metrics, and standardized processes, guiding global teams through complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes risk, issue, and dependency management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement with exposure to Planview and enterprise-wide change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a project management position with increasing responsibility; 3 years collaborating with project teams, internal or external; 3 years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple IT projects spanning Infrastructure, Security and Applications.
• Support Planview usage for project and portfolio management.
• Demonstrate ability to manage concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints.
• Lead and drive project teams to develop and implement IT projects.
• Maintain risk, actions, issue and decisions logs and actively manage resolutions.
• Educate stakeholders on effective usage of the PPM tool and ensure information supports decision-making.
• Support governance: ensure communications and decisions are made by the right people.
• Deliver support to project teams by reducing bureaucracy and providing training.
