Job summary

Nextech Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its Irish operation, guiding service delivery, improvements, and growth in a fast-paced IT services environment. You will shape operations, manage teams, and partner with senior leaders to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager role or similar leadership position.
• Background in MSP/IT Services or technology services.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational performance of the business.
• Manage and develop operational teams, driving engagement, accountability and performance.
• Ensure service levels, KPIs and customer commitments are consistently achieved.
• Drive operational improvements and implement best practice processes across the organisation.
• Manage resource planning, utilisation and workforce efficiency.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of projects and operational change programmes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and customer excellence.
