Job summary

Headcount Solutions Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer to join a Capital Projects Managed Services team for a global pharmaceutical client in Dublin.

The role is site-based and covers the full project lifecycle from concept through to commissioning and closeout. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of I&C engineering experience in regulated environments, a relevant engineering degree, and strong skills in design, documentation and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant I&C engineering experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences or highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGAMP, GAMP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development, review and approval of I&C engineering deliverables across multiple projects.
• Develop technical solutions based on project requirements and client standards.
• Prepare and review I&C specifications, design documents, drawings, calculations, FAT documentation and SOPs.
• Coordinate I&C design activities through concept, master planning and detailed design phases.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning and project closeout.
• Coordinate and develop I&C tender and construction packages.
• Analyse existing systems and develop engineering solutions for upgrades and new installations.
• Work with project teams, vendors and client stakeholders.
