Job summary

Ramboll in Ireland is seeking an experienced Planner to lead the development and management of project programmes across major infrastructure projects. You will work with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to ensure integrated schedules are in place and maintained through the lifecycle.

You will contribute to programme controls, producing reports and dashboards, supporting decision-making and mitigation of risks. The role is hybrid, with office and site attendance around Dublin.

Qualifications

• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of programme planning and controls.
• Experience with integration of design, procurement and construction.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and updating detailed project programmes and schedules.
• Integrating design, procurement and construction activities into coherent plans.
• Monitoring progress against baselines and reporting.
• Identifying risks and plan mitigations.
• Producing programme reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Supporting change management and governance.
