Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Dublin is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex capital projects within a major infrastructure investment programme. You will manage the full lifecycle delivery from design through construction, commissioning and handover, and mentor a team of project managers across concurrent projects.

The role requires 15+ years of construction infra experience, strong contract knowledge (NEC/FIDIC), and robust stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in construction infrastructure delivering large, complex projects.
• Experience acting as client or client's representative leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and best-practice project management processes.
• Proficiency in programme and risk management; Primavera P6 experience advantageous.
• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline; PRINCE2 or equivalent, with professional membership preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and safety.
• Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned with programme objectives and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers across concurrent projects.
• Coordinate design, commercial, and site teams, resolving interface and delivery issues.
• Oversee contract administration, change control, and compensation events under NEC/FIDIC.
• Report on programme progress, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
