Job summary

AECOM in Dublin seeks a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. This site-based role requires four days on site per week with one day for remote work, leading major infrastructure and capital investment programmes through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule and budget on high-profile developments.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience leading the delivery of major infrastructure and capital investment programmes, with focus on civil engineering, drainage and utility projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project and contract management, delivering complex projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring Project Managers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience using the NEC Suite of contracts as a client, contractor or subcontractor.
• Previous experience in an Aviation setting or similarly constrained environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and risk.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans aligned with governance and delivery methodologies.
• Act as the primary interface with senior client representatives, including the Airport Transformation Manager and Programme Director.
• Drive programme governance, reporting, decision‑making, and performance management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead commercial, contractual, and risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering projects across the programme portfolio.
