Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a long-term day-rate contract up to €350 per day in Ireland. This hybrid role offers strong potential for extension or a permanent opportunity within a leading financial services organisation.

You will lead infrastructure projects, provide Level 3 support across multiple sites, manage change processes, and work closely with VMware, Active Directory and Windows Servers to deliver secure, reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in VMWare and VM building.
• Windows Servers experience 2016/2019/2022.
• Minimum 3 years of level 3 support experience.
• Experience with change management and presenting changes to a Change Advisory Board.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in Level 3 support across multiple sites via remote support.
• Lead infrastructure projects as a key part of the team.
• Take charge of the change management processes within the business.
• Work extensively with VMWare, Active Directory and Windows Servers.
• Guide and coach new team members to success within the business.
