Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major energy infrastructure project in Ireland. The role involves managing risk, driving commercial strategy, and maximizing project returns in collaboration with the Commercial Manager and project team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in infrastructure, utilities, energy, or civil engineering projects and will oversee procurement, cost control, and contract administration across multiple contracts above

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Experience with design and build contracts and high-value, multi-disciplinary projects is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to innovate in cost management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial strategy for the project in consultation with the Commercial Manager.
• Represent the company in commercial and contractual matters, protecting entitlements.
• Lead procurement activities from tenders to final account and manage variations with records.
