Job summary

Sisk is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major energy infrastructure project in Ireland. You will work with the Commercial Manager and project team to maximise value, manage risk and ensure strong commercial performance.

You'll have a background in infrastructure, utilities or civil engineering, with a track record of handling high-value contracts and complex procurement. This role offers a challenging, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and formal training in commercial management.
• Experience with design and build contracts and high-value projects.
• Chartered membership in a professional body is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy for the project and manage the Commercial Manager input.
• Represent the company in commercial matters, safeguarding entitlements.
• Lead procurement activities from tenders to final accounts.
• Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow, reconciliations and valuations.
• Manage variations with accurate supporting records.
• Produce and agree final accounts in a timely manner.
• Ensure commercial compliance across contracts including NEC and FIDIC forms.
