Job summary

Linesight in Ireland is seeking an Associate Director to lead the provision of commercial and cost management services across major infrastructure commissions. You will manage strategic client relationships and provide commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on GCCC and NEC contract administration.

You will oversee cost planning, procurement, risk management, and performance monitoring, guiding teams across transport, rail, roads, water and utilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Chartered membership or equivalent body.
• 10-15 years in quantity surveying or cost management on infrastructure.
• Experience with GCCC/NEC contracts.
• Experience with CostX or Primavera P6.
• Ability to lead commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for key infrastructure clients.
• Develop and maintain trusted long-term client relationships.
• Provide strategic commercial, procurement and contract advice.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Lead commercial management and cost management across major projects.
• Oversee cost planning, estimating, procurement and commercial management services.
• Review and assure key commercial deliverables.
• Lead commercial risk identification and mitigation activities.
• Monitor financial performance and profitability across commissions.
