Job summary

Glanua is seeking an experienced and technically credible Head of Industrial to lead the Group's industrial, Design and Build, biogas, and operations tendering capability as part of its Central Tendering Function. This is a senior leadership role created to provide sector leadership across Glanua's most complex bid activity.

Reporting to the Head of Tenders, you will oversee a team, drive quality, governance, and competitive improvement across Ireland and the UK, and own the sector's win

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industrial bid/tender environments.
• Level 8 qualification or higher (or equivalent degree) in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in leadership of bids and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial, Design & Build, biogas, and operations bid activity across Ireland and the UK from qualification to contract award.
• Own sector win strategy, client positioning, and key account priorities across industrial, biogas, and O&M markets.
