Job summary

Glanua seeks an experienced Head of Industrial to lead its industrial, Design and Build, biogas and operations tendering capability within the Central Tendering Function in Ireland and the UK. The role reports to the Head of Tenders and manages Bid Managers across multiple sectors to ensure high-quality, competitive bid submissions.

You will drive governance, win strategy and post-tender reviews, influencing group-level pipeline and client engagements while shaping sector-wide tender excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 10
• Essential: Level 8 degree or degree-qualified civil, mechanical, chemical, or process engineer or equivalent
• Desirable: Communications, Engineering; Management and Teamwork competencies

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial, D&B, biogas and O&M bid activity across Ireland and the UK from qualification to contract award.
• Own the sector's win strategy, client positioning and key account priorities.
• Drive quality, governance and continuous improvement in bid submissions across the industrial portfolio.
