Job summary

Glanua, an industry leader in sustainable engineering, seeks a Project Director to oversee a major project in Dundalk. You will manage P&L, ensure health, safety and quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and project milestones.

The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting discipline and proactive risk management, with regular reporting to the Industrial Operations Director and close collaboration with commercial and HR functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in managing major projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and reporting discipline.
• Deep understanding of HSQE requirements and safety management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead on major project delivery with accountability for budget, schedule and safety performance.
• Report monthly on performance, budgets and risk; drive cost and efficiency improvements.
• Resource projects, align with HR and commercial teams, and manage terminations or changes.
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations and supply chain engagement.
• Champion innovation, sustainability targets and best practices across the project.
