Job summary

Vibrant Recruits Ltd in Ireland seeks a Senior Industrial HVAC Technical Sales Engineer to own the full sales cycle from opportunity through to order for major industrial projects across the country.

You will combine strong technical HVAC knowledge with commercial acumen to develop relationships with engineers, contractors and end users, translate complex requirements into practical solutions and secure technical and commercial approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HVAC, engineering or related technical industry.
• Strong Industrial HVAC experience with complex systems.
• Background in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Proven technical sales, applications or project experience.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Industrial HVAC opportunities across Ireland.
• Lead from early stages to final order in a full-cycle sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors and end users.
• Influence specifications and secure product selection at design stage.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and forecast accurately.
• Collaborate with applications, engineering and commercial teams.
