Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, operate, and improve our identity platforms supporting authentication, federation, and lifecycle across the enterprise.

You will partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement SSO, MFA, and access governance, while enabling mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures through scalable IAM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering across authentication, federation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience modernizing or migrating IAM across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Hands-on with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM protocols.
• Experience with listed IAM platforms; strong scripting ability.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve enterprise identity services for authentication and access governance.
• Build and operate identity platform services for workforce and cloud access.
• Support IAM integration for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and onboarding.
• Create reusable standards, runbooks, and automation for identity integrations.
• Implement and support SSO, MFA, conditional access, and directory integrations.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver IAM solutions.
