Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Lead to own IAM governance and controls across enterprise platforms. The role partners with Security, Audit, Compliance, and Technology to ensure secure, compliant access management with strong automation focus.

This hybrid position requires on-site presence twice per week and supports business continuity with governance improvements across AD and Entra ID. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in IAM, security operations, infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• Experience owning or leading IAM operational activities and controls.
• Strong understanding of access provisioning, certifications, entitlement management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM operational processes to ensure secure, compliant access management across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate access-related risks, exceptions, and control gaps and implement mitigations.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Audit, Compliance, Risk and business teams to support IAM requirements and resolve escalations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance IAM processes and leverage automation and PowerShell to improve efficiency and control.
• Maintain IAM standards, documentation, reporting and metrics for governance and audit readiness.
• Provide guidance and technical leadership to team members and promote IAM best practices.
