Job summary

MetLife seeks a Manager, Information Security – Identity & Access Management, EMEA to oversee IAM operations across the region. You will drive governance, access controls, and remediation efforts while partnering with country IT teams and risk functions.

You will lead initiatives on authentication, privileged access, and access reviews, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and reporting within a complex regional setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Information Security, IT Risk, IAM or related functions in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of IAM models, lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access.
• Hands-on experience with MFA, SSO, federation, OIDC, SAML, LDAP and AD variants.
• Experience coordinating IAM in multi-country environments.
• Ability to translate standards into practical controls and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional oversight and coordination of IAM operations across EMEA.
• Ensure adherence to global security standards, policies, and IAM controls across countries and units.
• Lead regional coordination and execution of Global Security IAM projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of identity governance, access administration, authentication, and recertification processes.
• Partner with application owners, infrastructure and risk teams to ensure effective controls.
• Identify, track and remediate access control weaknesses and security risks.
• Support audit, evidence gathering, issue remediation and control assurance activities.
• Coordinate RBAC, SoD and privileged account management across jurisdictions.
