Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a skilled Identity and Access Management professional to join the IAM team. You will deploy, enhance, and maintain IAM tools, collaborating with HR, Legal, IT, and InfoSec to design robust IAM processes and solutions.

The role emphasizes automating onboarding/offboarding, tool enhancements (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta), and building documentation. Strong communication, independence, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing and maintaining Active Directory.
• 5+ years of experience in automating IT solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Documentation of standards, methods and diagrams of environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• On-call availability for issues outside business hours.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Scripting experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of AD, IT processes, information security, and systems implementations.
• OneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell required.
• Experience with IAM tools (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc.).
• Experience with SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with Exchange Online / Entra ID preferred.
• Experience with Okta preferred.

Responsibilities

• Automating user onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Enhancing onboarding tools and automation platforms (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta).
• Build documentation for IAM processes and tools.
• Resolve identity-related issues across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic IAM roadmaps and programs.
• Support regular or emergency maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist Dev/Engineering teams with IAM tasks.
• Prepare documentation for audits and act as POC for audit issues.
