Job summary

IFS is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise software. We are hiring two Principal Platform Engineers to unify authentication and authorization across our platform, delivering secure, scalable services with Go-based tooling.

You will own platform services in production, design self-service workflows, and collaborate with product teams to reduce manual work while maintaining reliability and security across multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience building and operating platforms or shared infrastructure that support software engineering teams.
• Strong coding and scripting skills applied to infrastructure, automation, deployment tooling or integrations. You should be comfortable maintaining code, reviewing changes and using automated tests.
• Experience automating provisioning, configuration, deployment and operational tasks through version-controlled, repeatable workflows.
• Production experience with Kubernetes and containers in an environment delivering and operating software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build platform services, APIs and automation, own them in production, and establish patterns that product engineering teams can adopt confidently.
• Provision, test changes, and deliver platform capabilities with self-service workflows to reduce manual intervention.
• Integrate authentication and authorization capabilities across multiple hosting environments and tooling.
• Collaborate with product teams and engineering peers to improve reliability, scalability and security in production.
