Job summary

Gi Group Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to lead the technical submittal process for HVAC equipment and ductwork packages. You will coordinate across design, estimating, procurement, suppliers and site teams to ensure technical compliance, timely approvals and a smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery.

With 5+ years in HVAC/building services, you will translate design intent into procurement-ready schedules, manage deviations, and drive RFIs to keep submissions on track

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC/building services within a contractor or consultancy environment.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment submittal requirements and approval workflows.
• Experience producing equipment and ductwork schedules for procurement and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical submittal process for HVAC equipment and ductwork packages.
• Coordinate with design, estimating, procurement, suppliers and site teams.
• Maintain auditable RFI logs and ensure timely approvals and handovers.
• Produce submittal packs with datasheets, drawings, certifications and clarifications.
• Drive response timelines with vendors and consultants to keep submissions moving.
