Job summary

Principle HR partners with a leading global technology organisation to appoint an EMEA Payroll Analyst to its Dublin payroll team on an initial 6-month contract. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing, Workday data management, and collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers.

You will own payroll across EMEA, run reports, manage data uploads, handle tax, pensions and audits, and ensure compliance with local deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on payroll processing experience in a medium or large organisation.
  • Practical Workday experience is essential.
  • Experience running reports and managing payroll data in Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activity across assigned EMEA entities.
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs before submission to providers.
  • Review outputs and perform gross-to-net reconciliations, resolve variances.
  • Maintain accurate employee and payroll data within Workday.
  • Run Workday reports and manage payroll data uploads/downloads.
  • Support mass data uploads for variable compensation, commissions, bonuses.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Treasury to ensure payroll funding and deadlines.
  • Review taxes, pensions, statutory deductions and other payments.
  • Work with outsourced payroll vendors for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support payroll compliance, controls and audit requirements.
  • Resolve employee payroll and tax queries.
  • Collaborate with HR/Finance to resolve data issues and improve processes.
