Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSSE professional to support the implementation and continual improvement of the company’s health, safety, security and environmental programmes.

You will apply advanced HSSE knowledge across operations, office, project and field environments, driving risk reduction and continuous improvement with independent judgement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experienced HSSE professional applying health, safety and environmental principles across operations and projects.
• Seven years of HSSE experience or equivalent mix of education and work experience.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE legislation, risk management and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Support global, regional and unit HSSE programmes and initiatives.
• Apply approved HSSE systems, standards, procedures and processes.
• Deliver HSSE communications, training and engagement activities.
• Maintain HSSE documentation, records and action-tracking systems.
• Assist in risk identification, assessments and risk controls.
• Support incident notification, investigations and lessons learned.
• Provide practical HSSE guidance to project teams and suppliers.
