Jobgether in Ireland seeks a Senior Product Owner for an HRIS project. You will own the development and implementation of a complex HR information system, translating business needs into clear requirements and guiding solutions from discovery through launch and evaluation.

You will shape the product roadmap, align priorities across stakeholders, and coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver improvements in workflows and usability.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from needs through results.
• Translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into actionable requirements.
• Experience with complex workflows, data models, or access-control systems.
• Expertise in roadmap development, backlog and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority.
• Understanding of web systems, APIs, UX fundamentals.
• Ability to work with data and define success metrics.
• Ownership and proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and clarify requirements from business owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, user scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Define, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap and manage delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Audit existing tools and plan improvements or replacements.
• Estimate timelines, resources, and dependencies with the team.
• Provide owners with estimates, insights, and data for planning decisions.
• Oversee transition plan from existing tools to the new HRIS.
• Analyze usage and feedback, measure impact on efficiency.
• Regularly report progress, outcomes, deviations, risks and decisions.
