Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a People Technology Platform Engineer, Workday to design, build, and evolve a global Workday platform across core HR domains. You will own configuration architecture and delivery of scalable solutions, translating business needs into durable capabilities aligned with governance standards.

In an Agile environment, you will partner with Product, Data and Integration teams to deliver end-to-end Workday solutions, tackling platform scalability, reliability,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, including direct configuration and delivery of Workday solutions.
• Experience translating business needs into system solutions, including evaluating trade-offs between speed, complexity and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience developing Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) used in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains.
• Own end-to-end delivery of platform changes including design, build, testing and deployment readiness.
• Maintain platform reliability and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
