Job summary

White Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and partner with senior leadership on strategy and people initiatives. This role focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals in a multinational logistics context.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience in a multi-site/matrix organisation is preferred.
• Logistics or freight forwarding experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding across the Ireland operation.
• Shape and deliver the HR strategy in partnership with senior management.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and learning & development.
