Job summary

White Recruitment Limited in Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and partner with senior leadership on strategy and people initiatives. This role focuses on aligning HR practices with business goals in a multinational logistics context.

Qualifications

HR Manager

Location: Dublin
Salary: €70,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international logistics and freight forwarding organisation at its Dublin location. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver the HR strategy, lead a small HR team and work closely with senior management to drive business performance, employee engagement and talent development.

As the senior HR contact in Ireland, you will partner with the Managing Director and leadership team, providing strategic HR guidance alongside hands-on operational support. You will lead recruitment and onboarding, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and delivering HR best practice across the business.

The Ideal Candidate: You will have at least five years’ experience at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level, ideally within a multi-site or matrix organisation. You will be confident influencing senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and leading HR initiatives from concept through to delivery. A strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and proven experience across the full HR lifecycle are essential. Logistics or freight forwarding experience would be advantageous. You will ideally hold a degree or equivalent qualification and be CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent, reflecting the strategic scope and seniority of the position.
