Job summary

Focus Ireland in Dublin is seeking a dynamic leader to manage three housing projects, including Long Term Housing, Outlook Programme, and HSE Stepdown services. You will supervise teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and coordinate with external partners to prevent homelessness.

The role requires a third-level qualification in social care or related field, CORU registration, and at least 3 years of service management experience. A full clean driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• A degree in social care or related field, CORU registration preferred.
• Proven leadership and service management experience.
• Strong needs assessment, care planning, and housing experience.
• Commitment to working with families and young people.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in service planning and development.
• Valid full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Housing Services, Tenancy and Community Sustainment Services, Women’s Stepdown and Stepdown Services.
• Provide regular supervision, performance management, and staff development.
• Ensure policy compliance, data integrity, and reporting.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources to meet service needs.
• Coordinate referrals and assign case workers to match needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly project reports and contribute to reviews.
• Participate in on-call service and related activities.
