Job summary

Cairn Homes is seeking an ambitious Project Manager with housing experience for roles based in the greater Dublin area. You will lead delivery of projects from inception to Aftersales, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

You will own commercial delivery, manage subcontractors and design teams, develop risk mitigation, and drive value engineering while building strong stakeholder relationships with authorities, partners and communities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience in similar role.
• Experience delivering large-scale residential or commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works meet quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards with planning permission and Building Regulations.
• Prepare and deliver Project Execution Plan including procurement, baseline/target programme, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee commercial delivery with the commercial team to maximise value and control costs.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams to drive performance and information flow.
• Develop relationships with statutory authorities, JV partners and local communities.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from inception to Aftersales, maintaining Cairn brand standards.
