Job summary

CH&CO Ireland is recruiting a Hospitality Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of hospitality services across multiple boardrooms at Arthur Cox in Dublin. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and opportunities to drive guest experiences in meetings and events.

You will manage food and beverage offerings, supervise staff, coordinate events for 100–150 guests, monitor budgets, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding

Qualifications

• Hospitality, events, or conference and banqueting management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day hospitality services for meetings, events, and boardroom dining.
• Oversee a busy hospitality function across 20 boardrooms, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, organise and deliver hospitality events for up to 100–150 guests across multiple bookings.
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure all hospitality requirements are delivered to high standards.
• Monitor budgets, drive efficiency and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
