Job summary

Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team in Drogheda on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, working 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of €45.49 based on an annualised salary of €83,081.

Qualifications

Experience leading national-scale projects with business, technical, governance and legal activities.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time within a healthcare environment.
Project management certification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive a major change management project within the Irish Healthcare system, ensuring its successful completion within a 12-month timeframe.
Take ownership of the project, providing strategic direction and proactive leadership to achieve milestones.
Coordinate and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, including clinical, operational, technical and governance representatives.
Develop, implement, & monitor comprehensive project plans, strategies, & timelines to drive the project to completion.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track and address issues promptly.
