Job summary

IT Search is partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in Dublin to appoint an experienced EHR PMO Manager for a major, multi-year Electronic Health Record (EHR) transformation programme. The role is onsite in South Dublin and fixed for the next 2.5 years.

Reporting to the EHR Programme Director, you will lead the Programme Management Office, provide governance, programme control and delivery assurance across clinical, operational and technology workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant PMO leadership or programme governance experience.
• Experience on an EHR/EPR implementation or major EHR transformation programme.
• Experience coordinating large-scale, multi-workstream technology transformation programmes.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of EHR implementation activities such as integration, data migration, testing, readiness and cutover.
• Experience with any major EHR/EPR platform is relevant - no specific vendor required.

• Experience with any major EHR/EPR platform is relevant - experience with a specific vendor or system is not required.
