Job summary

Unijobs is seeking a Project Manager (Data, Reporting & Learning) to deliver data, reporting and learning initiatives within a public sector transformation programme in Ireland. The role is hybrid with attendance at client meetings, and an annualised salary of €61,219 for a 35h week.

The 12-month contract offers 30 days leave plus bank holidays and requires strong data governance, performance reporting and continuous improvement leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme, transformation, data management or reporting roles within healthcare, social care or a complex public sector environment.
• Experience of developing and presenting management information, dashboards or performance reports.
• Experience of analysing and interpreting complex data to support decision-making and service improvement.
• Experience supporting or coordinating staff across different grades or professional disciplines.
• Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve programme or organisational objectives.
• Experience of monitoring performance, outcomes or benefits within a programme or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management processes to support programme objectives, including data collection, validation and analysis.
• Develop robust reporting solutions, dashboards and data frameworks across teams.
• Coordinate learning and continuous improvement activities and knowledge sharing.
