Job summary

Safety Solutions Group, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Lead Health and Safety Advisor to provide daily HSQE inspections and audits across Dublin construction projects. The role entails acting as on-site Safety Officer, coordinating with contractors and site teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement in project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have NEBOSH certification, post-qualification HSQE experience in construction or related sectors, and strong IT skills to produce

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification is required.
• Post-qualification experience in a HSQE role within construction, utilities, or civil engineering.
• Experience carrying out site inspections, safety audits, and compliance assessments on live projects.
• Strong IT skills and ability to generate accurate site reports and audit records.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSQE inspections and audits across active Dublin construction sites.
• Provide on-site safety officer presence and ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Attend site inductions and enforce client safety rules and procedures.
• Escalate serious safety concerns promptly and report findings to clients.
