Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Health & Safety Officer for a leading Dublin developer delivering high-quality residential projects. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and management to uphold safety standards on busy construction sites.

Requirements include NEBOSH or IOSH (or equivalent), 3+ years in construction H&S, experience on residential or large-scale schemes, and strong knowledge of Irish legislation.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or IOSH certificate or equivalent.
• 3+ years construction H&S experience.
• Experience on residential or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out site inspections, audits, and safety reviews.
• Supporting risk assessments and method statements.
• Delivering inductions and toolbox talks.
• Monitoring compliance and promoting a positive safety culture.
• Liaising with site teams and subcontractors.
