Job summary

Safety Solutions Group, part of the Celnor Group, seeks a Lead Health and Safety Advisor to perform on-site HSQE inspections and audits across Dublin construction projects. The role involves acting as Safety Officer for multiple clients, coordinating with contractors, and supporting continuous safety improvements on site.

Ideal candidates will have NEBOSH and post-qualification HSQE experience in construction or utilities, with strong IT and reporting skills, and a proactive, solution-focused

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Experience in HSQE roles within construction or similar sectors.
• Strong ability to perform site inspections and safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily HSQE inspections and audits on active construction sites.
• Act as Safety Officer according to client requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure compliance.
• Escalate serious safety concerns immediately and document findings.
• Prepare and present audit reports and corrective actions.
